AI Manager
You'll orchestrate 20+ AI agents across the studio. You'll design the flows that help people work better — not replace them.
What you’ll do
The studio already runs 20 AI agents as digital employees: CFO, sales, design-system guardian, brand, sustainability. Each one with its own morning shift. They’ll grow to 30+ by year-end. We need someone who can orchestrate them as a real team — not as a garden of prompts.
The three things that will really matter
1. Designing flows. Mapping which decisions go through AI, which through people, which loop back to whom. Documenting every handoff.
2. Measuring quality. A quarterly review for each agent: what it produced, where it got things wrong, what needs updating in its system prompt. Tracking out in the open.
3. Growing the human team alongside the agents. AI doesn’t replace people here. It frees them from repetitive work so they can do what matters.
Who we’re looking for
Someone with one foot in day-to-day AI practice (Claude, GPT, agentic workflows, RAG) and one foot in operations (processes, decisions, people). No PhD required. We need someone who has actually run a real team or a real agent pipeline.
