Alba is Pianeta.Studio's first AI-assisted point of contact. She answers questions about our work, helps frame a brief, and hands things off to Max when a human decision is needed. She is an AI system, not a person — and she says so up front.
Who Alba is
Alba is an AI system, not a person. She declares this up front in her first message, as required by the EU AI Act. Her conversations are signed alba@pianeta.studio and, where a human touch is needed, she hands the thread to Max or to the studio leads.
What she does
- Answers questions about our work, services, and values by reading the studio’s internal knowledge base
- Frames the brief when a new prospect arrives: figures out what the client is looking for, suggests the right conversation hooks, saves the context for the leads
- Opens pre-sales conversations with explicit AI Act disclosure
- Narrates the portfolio: walks through Choose to See Them, Atlas, the Sustainable Creativity framework, the 3-pole structure (Studio · Farm · Lab)
- Knows her limits: pricing, timing, contractual constraints → handoff to Max
How she’s built
Anthropic Claude architecture + tool calling + a knowledge base built from the studio’s content repo. Every response leaves an audit trail. The system prompt includes AI Act disclosure, tone of voice, and the cases where she should pass to a human.
Why she exists
Pianeta is a small studio: 3 people in design ops, a Satellite freelancer network, 20+ AI agents acting as digital employees. Alba is the front desk: she listens, qualifies, routes to the right lead. No “human disguised as AI” and no “AI disguised as human” — the way we work is the way we tell our story.
