Aries — Towards a smarter & more sustainable world

The challenge

ARIES holds a vision for the future of scientific research driven by collaboration, data, and artificial intelligence. A complex vision that spans open science, technological infrastructure, and cultural change.

The design challenge was one of abstraction: turning a conceptual system with very high information density into something a broad audience — researchers, decision-makers, citizens — could read and remember.

The approach

Humanize the information. The guiding principle was simple: move complexity “from a chaotic landscape to enjoyable order” — without compromising scientific depth.

A flexible and modular infographic system: every chapter of the story unfolds across three formats (web, print, social) using the same family of visual choices, adapted to each channel. A visual language that works equally well in an Instagram story and in a printed publication.

What we delivered

#02 — k.LAB The AI technology that will drive 21st-century science. Instagram feed · Print · Story.

#03 — How to contribute How every stakeholder can make the vision real. Print + Post version.

The outcome

The system became the operational backbone for ARIES communication across channels, applied independently by the internal team without having to loop back to design for every new piece of content. The visual framework scaled.
