How we work
The process
Five phases designed to reduce uncertainty — and to reduce it together. Co-design + AI validation + open standards. No big reveal, no lock-in.
- 01
Discovery
1-2 weeksWe understand your problem, not just your brief. Interviews with the team, audit of existing material (site, brand, data), identification of the real constraints — time, budget, people, legal constraints, ESG constraints. Output: a shared map of the problem and a scope proposal.
- Problem map
- Stakeholder map
- Constraints and dependencies
- Scope proposal with options
- 02
Co-design
2-4 weeksWe design together. Workshops, navigable prototypes, AI validation where needed (Swarm or Neural Prediction). Design decisions tracked in a decision log that stays yours. No "big reveal": the design grows in front of your eyes.
- Co-design workshops
- Navigable prototypes
- Shared decision log
- AI validation of concepts (if in scope)
- 03
Build
4-12 weeksConstruction. Code delivered, open standards, client repo. Stack Terra (Payload CMS + Nuxt) for the web, or your stack if you have one. Performance budget and carbon budget as verifiable technical constraints in CI. No lock-in.
- Client repo (no lock-in)
- CMS with localized backoffice
- CI-verifiable performance budget
- Carbon budget tracked with GreenMeter
- 04
Validate & launch
1-2 weeksFinal validation. UX validation with real users, AI validation on critical concepts, accessibility audit. Gradual launch or big bang depending on risk. Handover to internal teams with training sessions and documentation.
- UX validation
- Accessibility audit
- Handover + training
- Operational documentation
- 05
Measure & evolve
rollingNothing is ever truly "finished". Performance, CO₂ and conversion measurement; quarterly reviews; an evolution backlog prioritized together. Model: rolling 3-6 months or per-phase flat fee, always with explicit scope. When you leave, you leave with everything in hand.
- Shared KPI dashboard
- Quarterly reviews
- Prioritized backlog
- Carbon footprint measurement
