Neuromarketing Lab

AI validation of video and audio campaigns with Swarm Intelligence and Neural Prediction. A quantitative second opinion on creative choices — before you render the video, before you go into production.

How we work
Neuromarketing Lab

TLDR. A quantitative second opinion on creative choices — before you render the video, before you go into production. We use multi-agent simulation and predictive neural analysis integrated into the standard creative process, with no extra fee.

What we do

We help organizations and brands validate their video and audio campaigns before producing them. We use two proprietary AI tools integrated into the creative process: a panel of “synthetic viewers” that simulates the reactions of diverse audiences, and a predictive neural analysis stack that measures how an average subject’s cerebral cortex responds to video and audio stimuli.

It’s not an oracle: it’s a quantitative second opinion that lets you discard obviously wrong choices before rendering, calibrate prompts and briefs in an informed way, and bring the client an argument that combines creative judgment and structured data.

Who it’s for

The service is designed for those running campaigns with high stakes:

  • NGOs and advocacy — sensitive topics, European or multi-country audiences, delicate sponsorship
  • Public health and institutions — messages that must work the first time
  • Sustainable brands — communication that can’t slip into greenwashing
  • Agencies and producers — a structured second opinion on their concepts before client go-ahead

How it works

1. Concept selection. When you have two or three possible creative directions, we test them with our multi-agent panel. Thirty or more synthetic viewers with diverse demographic and psychographic profiles vote, motivate, and flag resonances and frictions. We tell you which concept has the highest probability of working, and why.

2. Neuro iteration. On the chosen concept, we iterate soundtrack, edit, and mix with our predictive neural analysis stack. Cycle: stimulus → test → identify the cortical area with the largest deficit → targeted change → re-test. Five to ten minutes per audio-only cycle. Twenty to thirty iterations per day.

3. Delivery + lessons. We hand off production-ready videos and a concise report of the operational lessons that emerged from validation, applicable to your next project.

What we do NOT promise

The method does not predict behavioral metrics like watch-through rate, share, or conversion. It predicts the neural response of an average subject under attentive viewing, which is a necessary but not sufficient condition for success. Success also depends on algorithm, targeting, sponsorship, and timing. What the method gives you is an informed opinion on the intrinsic quality of the stimulus before committing.

How much it costs

Neuro validation is part of our standard creative process, not an optional add-on. When you work with us on a significant video or audio campaign, it’s included. There’s no separate line item on the invoice. The cost of the creative project follows our standard rate card: it depends on scope, deliverables, and urgency.

A concrete example

Choose to See Them — ECLAG: a European video campaign on children’s online rights, validated with our stack before production. 3 videos · 18 neuro analyses · 3 weeks.

Bulletin: Validating a video campaign before producing it: the long-form methodology piece, with the 7 operational lessons we apply as default.

FAQ

How much time does adding validation to the creative process take? Zero extra days: validation is integrated into the iterative cycle, it doesn’t add a separate phase. For ECLAG it was 18 iterations in 3 weeks.

Does it work only for big videos or also for short spots? It works for any format with an emotional component: short spots, tutorial videos, educational content, fundraising assets, brand videos. Including social reels.

Can I use it only for concept selection without the iteration phase? Yes, it’s possible to use just the multi-agent panel for initial concept selection. The full value emerges when you also run neuro iteration on the chosen concept.

Does the multi-agent panel replace real focus groups? No. It’s complementary. The synthetic panel lets you iterate quickly before committing to a direction. Real focus groups with real people remain the standard for final validation, where needed.

Do you only work for Italian clients? No. We work in Italian and English, on European and international projects. ECLAG is a coalition operating across the 27 EU member states.
